Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped via Express Courier, to ensure speed and reliability in delivery. The order is entrusted to the courier within 24 working hours. Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days.

Shipping in Italy have a fixed fee of 12,00€. For orders over 80€, shipping is free.

For shipments abroad, the costs are depending on the weight and destination. Please check all the details regarding available destinations, costs and delivery times in the following table.

Please note that delivery times are just approximate and are calculated from the day of shipment.

Tenuta Moriniello does not assume responsibility for delivery delays and/or import procedure, but is committed to minimize any inconvenience.

Return policy

If, for whatever reason, you should receive a damaged bottle please contact our customer care department at explaining the nature of the damage. Our customer care agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the event of broken or damaged goods, we might request to send us the bottle and/or an image of it with a description of the damage by e-mail, in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
