Shipping costs are fixed and amount to € 12 per order. In the event that an order is over € 100€, shipping costs are free. The order is entrusted to a courier service within 24 working hours. The order’s status can be tracked at any time by accessing the user’s account panel; in the section “Orders”, the status of the order and shipment tracking can be visualised. After an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the destination address. If the order has not yet been sent, it is possible to correct or change the delivery address at any time: just click on the name in the top right corner of the section in the website header to access and change personal data.

Privacy and Security

All information about payment of the order are encrypted to assure the maximum degree of security. Your personal data on are protected to prevent any kind of abuse.

Return of goods

If for some reason one or more bottles have arrived damaged at the time of delivery, immediately contact customer care at and explain the extent of the damage. We will respond to you as soon as possible. In the case of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and ask you to send a photo along with a description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
