Il Gobbo Nero is our single-variety syrah, produced from the selection of the best grapes of our vineyard.
The vinification takes place in concrete vats, and the wine then rests for 12 months in French oak barriques. The wine spends another 12 months of refinement in the bottle.
Intense ruby colour that surprises the nose with pleasantly intense notes of pepper, clearing to reveal currants and blueberries on a fruity cherry base. Engrossing on the palate, with fine tannins, a solid body, balanced, fresh and well-calibrated. The finish is inviting and complex.
